• Turn west onto Commercial Boulevard (FL-870) and continue for about 2.5 miles.
• Turn right (north) onto Powerline Road (NW 9th Avenue) and drive approximately 1.2 miles.
• Turn right (east) onto Cypress Creek Road and travel for about 0.5 miles.
• Turn left (north) onto NW 5th Way.
• The office at 6301 NW 5th Way will be on your right. We are located on the 3rd floor.
