Dan Hoey brings more than 17 years of financial services experience to his work with clients at Trajan Wealth. His career has given him a distinctive perspective: Nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs in operational and trade management roles within the Investment Banking Division, developing deep expertise in loan markets, distressed debt, and complex transaction management. Followed by a deliberate move to the individual client side of the industry as an Investment Advisor at Fisher Investments. That shift proved to be defining. Working directly with clients and their families is where Dan found his true calling, and that commitment carries through everything he does. He is focused on helping clients pursue long-term financial goals with a clear plan, genuine support, and real peace of mind.

Dan was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, attending Allen High School before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business from Texas A&M, with minors in Communication and English. He now lives in Flower Mound, TX, with his wife, Kirsten, and their daughter, Penelope. The family also includes Bailey, a three-year-old yellow Labrador, and Summer, a 13-year-old Shikoku-Kishu mix. Outside the office, Dan can usually be found cooking, fishing, gardening, or reading, and he is happiest when any of those activities involve his family.
