Yes. The Trajan Wealth app is a secure, proprietary tool designed exclusively for our clients. It provides direct, personalized access to your Trajan accounts, investments, and fiduciary advisory team.
Use the same email you use to access the Trajan Wealth client portal. If this is your first time logging in or you are a new client, please follow the initial setup instructions provided by your Trajan Wealth team.
The app is designed for speed and convenience on a mobile device, consolidating your Trajan accounts and key information into a seamless, all-in-one platform. While the web portal offers comprehensive desktop functionality, the app puts your financial picture, our AI guidance, and direct scheduling access right at your fingertips.

How To Check Balances And Get Statements
Profile & Security
You can update your profile information directly within the mobile app or on the client portal.
What’s important to know: To maintain the highest security and ensure your information is synchronized with your financial accounts at the custodian, all profile updates (such as name, address, or contact details) must be confirmed.
- Submit the Request: Initiate your profile change directly in the app or portal.
- Sign the Document: You will immediately receive a secure DocuSign request for your signature to authorize the change on your financial accounts.
- Final Update: Once we receive the signed document and the change is successfully processed by the custodian, your profile will be fully updated.
This process ensures your profile and legal account information are always perfectly aligned and secure.
You can change your password directly through the settings menu within the app or by navigating to the login page on the main client portal and selecting the “Forgot Password” option. For security reasons, a verification code will be sent to the email address on file.
Your financial security is our priority. If you lose your device, immediately change your password either through a trusted computer or by contacting your Trajan Wealth support line at TechSupport@trajanwealth.com to remotely disable access from that device.
Troubleshooting
On the app’s login screen, tap “Forgot Password.” You will be prompted to enter your username, and a secure password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you continue to have difficulty, contact Trajan Wealth support at TechSupport@trajanwealth.com.
First, verify you are using the correct username and password (the same credentials used for the web portal). If the issue persists:
- Check your internet connection.
- Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
- If locked out, wait 15 minutes and try the “Forgot Password” link.
If you experience any technical issues:
- Restart the app completely.
- Check for updates in your device’s app store.
- Restart your mobile device. If the problem continues, please contact our dedicated support team, and they will apply their technical knowledge to resolve the issue promptly.
