Getting Started

Yes. The Trajan Wealth app is a secure, proprietary tool designed exclusively for our clients. It provides direct, personalized access to your Trajan accounts, investments, and fiduciary advisory team.

Use the same email you use to access the Trajan Wealth client portal. If this is your first time logging in or you are a new client, please follow the initial setup instructions provided by your Trajan Wealth team.

The app is designed for convenience on a mobile device, consolidating your Trajan accounts and key information. The web portal offers comprehensive desktop functionality as well.

Features & Tools

The app empowers you to command your financial future by providing:

  • Reliable Access: View your Trajan accounts and investment performance.
  • Expert Knowledge: Access our Education Hub featuring white papers, e-books, and the latest market information.

Security

You can change your password directly through the settings menu within the app or by navigating to the login page on the main client portal and selecting the “Forgot Password” option. For security reasons, a verification code will be sent to the email address on file.

You can use your fingerprint or face to sign in faster after the initial login. Enable it in Settings → Security → Sign-in Options

Your financial security is our priority. If you lose your device, immediately change your password either through a trusted computer or by contacting your Trajan Wealth support line at TechSupport@trajanwealth.com to remotely disable access from that device.

Troubleshooting

On the app’s login screen, first enter your email address. After you enter your email address, the screen will ask for your password and give a link for “Forgot Password.” Tap that link. You get the email with a one-time code in it. Enter the code from your email into the app and then you can reset your password.
If you continue to have difficulty, contact Trajan Wealth support at TechSupport@trajanwealth.com.

First, verify you are using the correct username and password (the same credentials used for the web portal). If the issue persists:

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
  3. If locked out, wait 15 minutes and try the “Forgot Password” link.

If you experience any technical issues:

  1. Restart the app completely.
  2. Check for updates in your device’s app store.
  3. Restart your mobile device. If the problem continues, please contact our dedicated support team, and they will apply their technical knowledge to resolve the issue promptly.
